With each passing tour, he discovered a passion for sharing his love for the city with curious visitors from all around the world. As he guided them through the winding river, he would share stories and legends about the university, it’s rich history and the fascinating architecture of it’s buildings.

The more he guided tours, the more he realised how much he enjoyed providing memorable encounters for his visitors. He would often see their faces light up in awe and wonder, and that brought him great joy.

He understood that the city of Cambridge held a special place in people’s hearts, and he felt a deep sense of responsibility to ensure that visitors to the city had a truly immersive and authentic adventure. Determined to better understand and connect with visitors worldwide, he decided to commit to four years learning Mandarin and acquire a bachelor’s degree.
